Инфразвуком в физике считают колебания частотой ниже 20 Гц, по мнению выдающегося физика и биолога Г. Гельмгольца человеческий слух ниже это границы не реагирует на акустические колебания. Но с точки зрения современной биологии под инфразвуком, вероятнее всего, надо полагать колебания частотой ниже 50 Гц. Это связано с тем, что расшифрованный Б.Я. Фрайманом механизм действия инфразвука на организм действителен для частот свыше 20 Гц, а как показали эксперименты с инфразвуковым генератором типа "труба" подавляющее число современных людей не слышат акустические колебания частотой ниже 40 Гц. ..."Я не могу определить место предполагаемого события. Для определения района будущего землетрясения надо иметь как минимум три станции слежения. Три станции мне не по карману."
Дело в том, что в мире есть как минимум сотня инфразвуковых станций, многие из которых объеденены в сети. Каждая станция содержит минимум 4 пространственно-разнесенных приемных элемента (микробарографа), а то несколько десятков...
Мало того, к ряду станций есть доступ в онлайновом режиме. Так что воспользоваться измерительной информацией проблем особых не составляет. Возьмите, проверьте, никто ведь не мешает...
И еще. Сходите, к примеру, по ссылке (Геофизическая служба США), данные за 2007 год, 11 месяцев:
(neic.usgs.gov/cgi-bin/epic/epic.cgi)-ссылки запрещены, потому пишу так, кому надо- разберется..
И Вы узнаете, что в мире максимальный промежуток между землетрясениями с магнитудой 6 и выше не превышает 8 дней, а в среднем меньше недели...
Так что какие здравомыслящие власти будут реагировать на сообщения типа "в течении недели будут толчки..."? Думаю всем понятно (кроме журналистов и телевизионщиков) "важность" такого прогноза... :-)
Да, есть еще коммитеты по прогнозу, комиссии и пр. в каждой стране, в т.ч. России... .

Но только не ясно вы и место тоже прогнозируете ?

Я занимаюсь прогнозированием в виде хобби с помощью астрологии и у меня тоже получается очень точно по дням, но
с местом пока не очень точно. Но я надеюсь что это поправимо со временем
Но что печально, что эти прогнозы не доходят до практического применения. Действительно, спасение людей это еще и организация на что требуются средства.
И пока что нет такого организованного доступа к этой информации.
Даже сейсмологи не могут достучатся куда надо со своими прогнозами. А уж об отдельных лицах и говорить нечего.Хотя ваш метод достоит высшей награды. Если бы я была президентом я бы вам дала высокую награду. АУ, президенты ! Услышьте людей!
